Job Title: Patient Care Support Specialist
About the Role:
This role is responsible for facilitating patient care in a healthcare setting. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with patients and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting patients safely and efficiently to and from appointments and treatments.
- Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility support.
- Serving meals to patients and monitoring their consumption to ensure they are meeting their nutritional needs.
- Assisting patients with various activities as needed, including supervision during meal times and helping them settle down after lunch.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing housekeeping tasks as required.
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned by management on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
- A minimum GCE N/O or Certificate in Healthcare Support is required.
