Data-Driven Digital Transformation Specialist

The role of a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation involves facilitating the alignment of IT and business goals through data-driven analysis. This entails assessing existing processes, determining requirements, and delivering recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bridge the gap between IT and business by utilizing data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of electronic workflows to enhance work efficiency, transparency, and traceability.
- Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, identify problems, opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results, and log defects tracking during user acceptance tests, as well as support post-Go-Live activities.
- Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training, and project tracking activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1-4 years of relevant data analysis/business analysis experience.
- Proficient in Power Automate, Power BI, and Gen AI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
