This role offers a unique opportunity to drive public sector workforce transformation.
As an HR Workforce Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable insights, designing data-driven dashboards and reports, and collaborating with teams to implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain SQL-based data analytics solutions using Power BI/Tableau.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users to ensure quality delivery.
- Perform data audits, vulnerability checks, and feasibility assessments.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for deployed solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven SQL skills in data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience in UAT, stakeholder engagement, and user training.
- Hands-on knowledge of Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Qlik.
