The company is seeking a Regulatory Escalations Manager to join the Global Response Operations team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for new and existing escalation channels, responding to high priority issues, scaling our escalation processes and analyzing/deriving data trends and insights for broader solutioning.

Job Description:

The Regulatory Escalations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the resolution of complex high priority escalations. This includes investigating reported escalations across multiple channels on Meta's services, disrupting bad actor networks and responding to sensitive global partners inquiries.

This role requires a strategic critical thinker who can optimize processes, go on investigations, solve challenging problems and help prevent them in future.
