We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Associate to join our team. As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for processing claim applications, checking for disbursement, and handling exceptions. You will also attend to escalated enquiries on claims and provide administrative support.

  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.">
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of a Diploma qualification.">
  • Office or admin experience is preferred but not essential.">
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).">
  • The ability to uphold strong codes of work ethics and confidentiality of information.">
  • Detailed and meticulous approach to work.">
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.">
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel.">
