
Claim Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claim Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Claim Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective resolution of claims. This will involve:
- Acknowledging and registering Letters of Demand;
- Processing payments for Motor and WIC claims;
- Issuing receipts for recovery and Giro returns;
- Raising credit notes and debit notes;
- Merging debit notes;
- Registering claims for Motor and WIC claims;
- Preparing Non-Reporting Letters for Insured and Traffic Police;
- Computation of WICA medical bills and medical leave wages;
- Sending correspondence to Insured, claimants, lawyers, etc.
You will also be responsible for emailing medical institutions to follow up on medical reports and clarifications, manning the Motor Claims/Survey/WIC Mail box, and handling Merimen reports for Incoming Claims, Adjuster Mandate Requests, Pending Adjuster Surveys, BOLA and Fraud cases.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum diploma holder in any discipline;
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience (candidates without prior experience will also be considered);
- Good working attitude and passion to learn;
- Proactive attitude - constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and job performance;
- Team-player with ability to meet job requirements within tight timelines;
- Computer literacy skills;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Singaporean or PR status.
