We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Operations team as an Operations Analyst. This role will involve working on resolving claims and tasks associated with US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The successful candidate will be responsible for performing tasks and achieving desired outputs within specified processes, while maintaining high quality of service and supporting continuous performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced environment. Domain exposure to Posting, Remittance tracking, Remit record knowledge, Revenue cycle management, and Denial management will be considered an added advantage.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to leverage knowledge from the athenaNet platform and improve products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining important logs and documentation regarding task details, and will be expected to achieve desired quality of service as per standard operating procedure.
