Job Title: Data Insights Manager


Our team is seeking a skilled Data Insights Manager to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights that drive business growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform market strategy and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate data and insights to discover new opportunities and points for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Proven experience in extracting data-driven insights and delivering actionable business recommendations through clear and compelling presentations.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
  • Strong proficiency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional approach and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Possesses a growth mindset with a data-driven approach to continuously optimize strategies across acquisition, upselling, and retention.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data or business analysis.
  • Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, and BigQuery SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or Business.
