Job Title:
Business Insights Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Insights Specialist to track and analyze headcount and recruitment data across the organization. The successful candidate will create management dashboards to monitor headcount trends and attrition, build and maintain databases and Excel templates for recruitment planning and analysis, and prepare financial and hiring affordability reports.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Track and update headcount and recruitment data across the organization
  2. Create management dashboards to monitor headcount trends and attrition
  3. Build and maintain databases and Excel templates for recruitment planning and analysis
  4. Prepare financial and hiring affordability reports
  5. Review hiring requests and highlight any inconsistencies
  6. Design Excel reports that present data clearly through dashboards, tables, and graphs
  7. Handle ad hoc data requests and perform analyses
  8. Support various projects and special tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • Experience with analyzing large amounts of data from multiple data sources is preferred.
  • Ability to create summary reports using MS Excel pivot tables.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Query, and MS Access.
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
