Business Insights Specialist

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, enhancing internal processes through automation and improving productivity. This involves being a subject matter expert in retail finance business and data, consolidating data from multiple sources, including operations, marketing, and source databases, to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision-making.
Key responsibilities include working closely with the data engineering team to enhance and optimize the data warehouse infrastructure, developing tools for stakeholders to boost operational working efficiency, building and implementing data visualization of reports and dashboards for management and business users, and critically evaluating and defining business metrics to support the continuous improvement of the Retail Finance business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, or other related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Skilled in SQL and Python is Mandatory.
- Have critical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Being able to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic accounting/finance knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in the finance/banking industry is a plus.
- Experience in business intelligence and analytics in e-commerce is a plus.
