Job Title: Early Years Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our infant care team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.



About the Role:
  • This role requires a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. To develop and implement a child-centered program based on the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF) that meets the diverse needs and interests of infants and toddlers.
  2. To establish and maintain strong partnerships with families by communicating and sharing information on child development.
  3. To comply with government regulations and quality assurance frameworks.


Requirements:
  • A Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development (CIT) or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with ECDA and attainment of EY1/ EY2 certification.


Preferred Qualities:
  • Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate the learning needs of children.
