Job Title: Freight Operations Coordinator

The Freight Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day operational processes and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of freight operations, including check-in of inbound consignments, entry into the ERP system, and tracking of shipments.
  • Assist with inventory management, lot and serial number tracking, and stock rotation using SAPB1 ERP.
  • Process outbound consignments and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review invoice costs and validate against agreed rates to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform day-to-day data entry and general administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Well-developed computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience with ERP and WMS systems is required.
  • Experience with SAP systems is highly regarded.
  • Prior experience within transportation or warehouse environments will be an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
