Job Title:

We are seeking a diligent Freight Operations Coordinator to oversee daily air and sea freight activities, ensuring timely delivery.

This role involves managing cross-border shipments, working closely with carriers, customs, and other partners to prevent delays.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying areas to improve in freight operations and implementing changes to boost efficiency, using data to track performance, cut delays, and reduce costs.

Effective communication is key in this role, as the coordinator will need to keep clients updated on their shipments and respond quickly to any issues.

Additionally, the Freight Operations Coordinator will ensure that all freight work follows international laws and industry rules, maintain accurate shipment documents, and handle billing and check invoices on time.

Problem-solving skills are essential, as the coordinator will need to quickly assess and resolve customer issues by analyzing situations and finding effective solutions.
