Technical Support Specialist

Candidate will be the technical product specialist for specific models of medical devices in Asia Pacific region and Singapore market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducting training within office or overseas for affiliates and business partners' technical support team.
  • Preparing/updating training materials and technical documents for assigned products.
  • Providing 2nd/3rd level technical support in Asia Pacific region and local market (Singapore).
  • Supporting local (Singapore market) if needed.
  • Guiding and mentoring new engineers.
  • Being key contact person for products of responsibility between company and OEM vendors on technical matters.
  • Creating actions/ideas for continuous improvement of affiliates and business partners' support team competencies.
Requirements
  • ITE or equivalent in Biomedical/Mechatronic/Electronics Engineering.
  • 2-5 years working experience preferably in medical devices or IVD market.
  • Field service support experience locally and overseas.
  • Microsoft Office, customer focused.
  • Competence in interactive communication, problem solving, and decision making with ability to handle customer issues verbally.
  • Maintaining highest standards of professional conduct when interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Good and fluent written/oral communication skills in English, including presentation experience to diverse audiences.
  • Travel requirement: minimal.
