  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing 24/7 shift support for satellite operations.
  • Providing level 1 support for maritime, fixed, starlink, and other value-added satellite services.
  • Monitoring infra devices, including core routers, UPS, and M&C alarm for antennas.
  • Effectively following the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system.
  • Coordinating the installation, commissioning, and testing of satellite services with vendors/SIs.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • A good diploma in satellite communications engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or infocomm from a recognized institution.
  • Applicants without necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered.
  • Knowledge in satellite communications is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Operational readiness in a 24 X 7 environment.
  • Ability to perform 12-hour shift operations.
