
Expert Customer Order Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Your primary focus will be on processing customer purchase orders in our ERP system and customer portals. You will also coordinate with various teams, including warehouse, sales, and quality, to resolve order-related concerns. Additionally, you will monitor and expedite urgent or complex orders to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Processing: Review and process customer purchase orders in our ERP system and customer portals.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and quality teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Order Expedite: Monitor, track, and expedite urgent or complex orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support: Handle customer claims, returns, and credit/rebill processes.
- Invoice Resolution: Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and other customer-related issues.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems and customer portals.
