Job Title: Machinery Maintenance Specialist
Job Description:
- Oversee maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and align with operational goals.
- Coordinate tasks and resources across machinery & equipment maintenance team and logistics & operations team to meet operational deadlines.
- Implement measures to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Lead by example, promoting a safety-first culture within the team.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in mechanical engineering or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in heavy land machinery and equipment field.
- Proven knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
