Job Title: Machinery and Equipment Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Machinery and Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting maintenance training, performing preventive maintenance, planning and executing tasks related to facilities, and troubleshooting malfunctions. They will also maintain updated records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work, identify and purchase critical spares, and ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including upgrading and repairing machinery and equipment, identifying probable causes of potential failure, and arranging for preventive repair and replacement to minimize machine downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance training on machinery and equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery used in production department
  • Plan and execute tasks related to facilities, upgrading and repairing machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions
  • Maintain updated records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work
  • Identify and purchase critical spares for preventive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures

Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/ Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
  • Min 3 years working experience in CNC machines and equipment maintenance and repair works in the manufacturing environment
  • Working experience in building facilities in the manufacturing environment will be advantageous
