SDL Compliance and Investigation Specialist

We are seeking an individual to drive Employer engagement, Verification of employer information, Appeals management, and adhoc duties assigned by Team Lead within a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for effective SDL collection and grant management, contributing to a responsive and high-quality CET ecosystem. They will also play a key role in driving Employer engagement and improving overall service delivery.
This position requires the ability to handle diverse groups of customers, manage confidential information, and work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer inquiries, good working knowledge of Excel, and relevant skills such as Management Skills, Enforcement, Compliance, Grants, Rendering, Audits, Fraud, Appeals, and Team Lead abilities.
Key qualifications include:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with up to 3 years of work experience
- Able to commit for the entire duration of the 1-year contract
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
