Smart Home Installation Expert

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team in Singapore as a Home Installation Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:- Install smart home appliances, including robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting at customers' homes.
- Train customers on how to use their new gadgets effectively and ensure they feel comfortable and excited about their smart home upgrades.
- Provide technical support to assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving problems related to their smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity.
- Utilize basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that require water connections, ensuring compliance with Singapore's housing standards.
- Apply experience with water purifiers or dispensers to provide exceptional service.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience and share tips and ideas to improve service quality.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.
- Valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license.
- Able to work a 5.5-day week, Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm.
