Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Smart Home Installation Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

As a Smart Home Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing smart appliances, training customers on their use, and providing technical support.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.

You will also need a valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license and be able to work 5.5 days a week, Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install Smart Appliances: Install cool smart devices like robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting at customers' homes.
  • Train Customers: Teach customers how to use their new gadgets effectively, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about their smart home upgrades.
  • Provide Technical Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving any problems related to their smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity.
  • Plumbing Knowledge: Use basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that need water connections, ensuring everything complies with Singapore's housing standards.
  • Water Purifier/Dispenser Experience: If you have experience with water purifiers or dispensers, it will help you provide even better service.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply.
  • Good command of English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.
  • Valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license.
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week, Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm.
