Job Title: Trainee Customer Service Officer

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 GCE A level credits or a diploma from a local polytechnic.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service/hotel/lounge-related industry.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills.
