About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Food and Beverage Host/Hostess, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers outstanding customer service and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed.
  2. Show guests to their tables and provide menus, explaining daily specials and answering questions about our dishes.
  3. Take orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of menu items and ingredients to make recommendations.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  5. Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent service standards.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
