**As a Hostess we rely on you to**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provides high standards of customer service to our F&B customers
Serves food & beverages to customers
Ensures that service / items are prepared according to hotel minimum standards and standard procedures
Checks quality / presentation / temperature of beverage / service prior to serving
To be aware of Hotel standards and policies
Ensures that the restaurant is neat and in order at all times

**Requirements**:
At least a O Level educational qualification
Teamwork service oriented
Keeping a neat and tidy appearance
