Job Opportunity: TCM Clinic Receptionist and Herbalist
">Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized TCM Clinic Receptionist and Herbalist to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day clinic operations, and assisting Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) physicians with patient care.
">Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations
- Manage appointment scheduling and registration for patients
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Customer Service
- Respond to phone calls and address customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to their problems
- Medication Dispensing
- Dispense medication accurately and efficiently
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and herbalism principles.
