**About the Role**:
Healthy Heart PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and certified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered TCM care by diagnosing and treating various conditions using traditional methods such as acupuncture and herbal medicine. Your expertise will support our mission of promoting health and wellness through safe, effective, and holistic practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive TCM consultations using diagnostic techniques like pulse reading and tongue analysis
- Formulate individualized treatment plans including acupuncture and herbal prescriptions
- Clearly explain treatment processes and provide lifestyle recommendations to patients
- Keep thorough and accurate medical records
- Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatments as necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment
- Take part in community health events and wellness outreach initiatives if needed
- Ensure strict adherence to professional and regulatory standards

**Requirements**:

- Fully licensed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with patients
- Well-versed in TCM diagnostic methods, acupuncture, and herbal medicine
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient-oriented, ethical, and professional demeanor
- Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
- Prior clinical experience in a TCM or healthcare environment is preferred
