Customer Service Officer

Job Overview

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers, promoting centre programmes, and handling phone and email inquiries effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear explanations of courses, education philosophy, and pedagogy to potential customers.
  • Promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries efficiently and promptly.
  • Manage sales transactions effectively and promptly.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Arrange replacement lessons for students and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers.
  • Be responsible for the center's inventory and simple logistics.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Diploma qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centres settings.
  • Proficient in using MacBooks and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets).
  • Willingsness to be deployed at other centres due to operational requirements.
