Job Title: Draftsman Technician

  • Develop detailed drawings and layouts using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment in accordance with specifications.
  • Maintain and record monthly master lists of drawings to ensure accurate information.
  • Analyse specifications, sketches, and drawings to evaluate factors affecting designs and procedures.
  • Draft detailed scale plans for construction and installation works based on preliminary concepts, engineering calculations, and specification sheets.
  • Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for equipment and systems using computer-assisted equipment.
  • Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies and clarity of design intent.
  • Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and/or construction drawings in accordance with engineers' requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a highly skilled CAD Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Preferably with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
  • Experience in design management, steel structure detail, and design development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suites and AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
