Our organization seeks a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of CCTV projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of CCTV systems, Access Control System, and Intrusion Detection System.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of CCTV projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and documentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the CCTV, Access Control System, and/or Intrusion Detection System or security systems industry
  • Strong technical understanding of CCTV systems, Access Control System, and/or Intrusion Detection System including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address project-related issues
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
