**Job brief**
- Accountable Project Engineer to take ownership of projects involving installation and commissioning of CCTV and monitoring systems, Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and Outdoor Wireless Network systems.
- Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all activities ensuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, monitor and manage projects, including inventory management, delivery, on-site installation, testing and commissioning, repair and maintenance.
- Compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications (KPI), procedures and reporting requirements.
- Programming of CCTV and monitoring systems configurations.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and materialize them in the field, and build positive relationships with customers.
- Conduct surveys and assist in project quotations.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed project status reports.
- Supervise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity on existing systems, attend to breakdowns.
- Supervise additions and changes to existing systems.
- Continual optimization of service delivery and procedures.
- Coordinate with technical team and share information across organization.

**Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge of executing fit out of CCTV and monitoring systems, Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and Wifi Bridge network systems at customer sites including cabling, electrical or mechanical work as well as performing maintenance and commissioning activities.
- Proficiency in IT and data network will be advantageous.
- Project Management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
- Detail oriented.
