Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Service Specialist to join our team. As a CCTV Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of service and maintenance workflow, ensuring seamless day-to-day client interactions and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of executing service and maintenance workflow.
  • Responsible for liaising closely with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
  • Assist in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
  • Provide support to supervisor in ensuring timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot, service and maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
  • Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction based on each client's business, organization, and objectives.
  • Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
  • Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems is mandatory.
  • Possess Class 2 or 3 driving license.
