We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to play a pivotal role in our car loan processing team.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of car loan operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to clarify application details, verify applicant eligibility based on credit history, income, and Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) limits, and coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and insurance partners to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Processing:
    • Prepare, review, and process car loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
    • Verify applicant eligibility based on credit history, income, and Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) limits.
    • Coordinate with customers to collect required documents and clarify application details.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Evaluate all loan agreements for compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, including loan-to-value (LTV) limits and maximum loan tenure.
    • Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements in compliance with company policies and lending regulations.
  • Customer Service and Coordination:
    • Liaise with customers to explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and interest rates.
    • Collaborate with sales teams and car dealers to streamline the loan application process and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and updating loan statuses.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Debt Recovery Support:
    • Work with the collections team to monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's car loan regulations is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
  • Able to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Working Conditions
  • Location: Yio Chu Kang.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
