Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of SATO products, including printers, scanners, and hand-labelers. Additionally, they will be responsible for testing and installing hardware products for events and exhibitions.


The role also involves overseeing the management of in-house loan equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition prior to issuance. Furthermore, the candidate will be required to maintain detailed records of service activities and reports as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of Nitec / Higher Nitec or above in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in a technical support or service technician role are preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
