Claims Specialist

As a Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing shield claims to ensure timely and accurate processing. This dynamic role involves working closely with various stakeholders to guarantee that outputs meet internal policy and regulatory requirements.

  • Review and assess shield claims within designated service turnaround times.
  • Attend to claims investigations, service recoveries, and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to clarify claim details.
  • Participate in assigned projects to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Life & Health claims specialist
  • OMA, FLMI certification (Fellow, Life Management Institute)
  • Degree holder in biology or life sciences discipline
