As a Data/ Business Analytics lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of the strategy and platform capabilities for the Consumer Banking Group Singapore Business Analytics team. This will involve working closely with transformation group, senior leadership, and technology teams to develop the strategy and platform capabilities.
You will also be responsible for setting up cadence to define, educate, and evangelize best practices to enable performance cells to run experimentation at a scale. Furthermore, you will manage the BAU reports and data marts and continue to look for improvements in the existing data management processes.
A key part of this role will be thought leadership and partnering with stakeholders and building strong rapport. Collaborating widely to drive actions and realise impact will also be essential. Able to influence decision-making through clear storytelling; Simplify complex concepts and deliver ideas in a clear and concise manner.
