
Senior Hospitality Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the position of Hospitality Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a group of Guest Services Agents, with a focus on maintaining high standards across all aspects of their performance.
Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional service to our guests. This includes addressing any issues or concerns they may have, in a prompt and effective manner.
You will be expected to develop and implement strategies aimed at driving improvements in guest satisfaction, while also fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team members.
- Effective Staff Management: Provide mentorship and coaching to Guest Services Agents, offering regular feedback to enhance employee engagement and resolve conflicts.
- Adequate Training and Equipment: Ensure that team members have access to the necessary tools and resources to perform their job duties efficiently.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Foster teamwork to guarantee quality service through consistent communication and coordination.
- Engagement Programs: Develop initiatives aimed at improving team member engagement, aligning with brand service behaviors.
- Succession Planning: Implement and monitor team member succession planning to ensure a robust and capable team for the future.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest complaints promptly and take corrective actions to resolve issues and concerns.
- Satisfaction Goals: Collaborate with hotel team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Guest Interaction: Allocate time to interact with guests, solicit feedback, and build positive relationships.
- Operational Standards: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with Service Level Standards.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks by the Rooms Division Manager or Operations Manager.
- Diploma or Equivalent Qualification: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Hospitality Industry, or equivalent qualification.
- Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Skills: Demonstrated excellence in communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work varying shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
