Executive Lounge Host

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Lounge Host to join our team. As the face of the lounge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Setting up and maintaining the Executive Lounge during breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail hours is crucial. You will ensure that all foods and drinks are properly served while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • The Executive Lounge must be properly maintained at all times. This includes ensuring that the lounge is well-stocked with food, drinks, and other essentials.
  • Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the relevant authorities immediately. Your prompt attention to these matters will help prevent any disruptions to our services.
  • You will be responsible for managing the requisition of F&B, administrative, and operating equipment/fixtures to ensure the lounge is well-stocked at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential in handling guest feedback and requests. You must maintain good guest relations at all times.
  • Knowledge of daily VIP and lobby movements and requests is critical. You must stay up-to-date on these matters to provide the best possible service to our guests.
  • As an Executive Lounge Host, you will be responsible for coordinating with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the Executive Lounge.
  • Ensure that the lounge is well-stocked with food, drinks, and other essentials.
  • Manage the requisition of F&B, administrative, and operating equipment/fixtures.
  • Handle guest feedback and requests effectively.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
