Job Description

As a senior specialist in compensation, you will be responsible for driving competitive and equitable compensation strategies across Asia. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate policies.

  • Develop and implement market benchmarking strategies to maintain competitive salary ranges.
  • Design and support base pay, incentives, and region-specific compensation programs.
  • Manage and deliver accurate compensation data and insights for decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in regional or global roles.
  • Expertise in Asian compensation practices, including China, India, Japan, and SEA.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems such as Workday and SAP.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Familiarity with survey providers like Mercer, Radford, and WTW; CCP certification is a plus.
