About the RoleAs a seasoned engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge software solutions. - Minimum 5+ years of development experience in a digital product environment; 2+ years of experience coaching developers and supporting their growth.
- Strong leadership mindset with emphasis on soft skills and teamwork beyond technical prowess.
- Ability to guide a team to achieve important goals collaboratively.
- Experience working on reasonably large, high-availability software systems that have operated at scale.
- Proficiency in Agile, modular design, pair programming, software automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
