Job Description:

The position of Digital Systems Engineer Leader entails leading a team responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of digital systems and communication services. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage technical expertise and leadership skills in driving business growth and success.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of technical staff, ensuring quality solutions, and providing reliable support for operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of new digital systems, managing and maintaining various systems, and providing project consultancy for addition and alteration projects.

  • Lead a team of technical staff in the development, operation, and maintenance of digital systems and communication services.
  • Ensure quality solutions and reliable support for operations.
  • Manage and maintain various systems from Security and Surveillance, Gate systems, Communications and IoT platforms.
  • Provide project consultancy for Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects.
  • Oversee the installation of new digital systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. A minimum of three years' experience working in cross-functional teams is also required. Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, front-end engineering, and project planning is essential. Familiarity with digital systems and their integration is highly desirable.
