Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
Job Description
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including VP and Director-level executives
- Leading and developing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Representing the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or business administration/economics from a technical background
- A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the semiconductor equipment industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese or Dutch is an advantage
- Able to travel more than 50% of the time
