Key Responsibilities- Prepare reagents, standards, and supplies for laboratory testing.
- Conduct analytical and microbiological tests, and report results accurately.
- Investigate contamination sources and support lab troubleshooting efforts.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment (e.g., pH meters, HPLC, UV, Gallery Analyzer).
- Perform sampling and environmental monitoring (e.g., air and surface swabs).
- Carry out equipment calibration, verification, and routine maintenance.
- Diploma in Biotechnology or any other relevant discipline.
- Exposure in food manufacturing facility operation.
- Practice safety and good housekeeping.
- Basic computer knowledge.

- Able to work well under pressure.
- Meticulous.
