Job Title: Senior Formulation Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for formulating complex products? Do you have experience with pharmaceutical production equipment and strong analytical skills?

We are seeking a Sr. Formulation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our formulation team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating high-speed filling lines, autoclave, parts and vial washers, depyrogenation tunnel, formulation process, HMI, and automatic CIP/SIP processes as well as inspection and packaging line equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible with their schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate high-speed filling lines, autoclave, parts and vial washers, depyrogenation tunnel, formulation process, HMI, and automatic CIP/SIP processes as well as inspection and packaging line equipment.
- Complete formulation activities for production batches, including formulating and/or dispensing all available drug substances and excipients.
- Prepare, wash, and sterilize materials, ensuring parts preparation is flawless.
- Manage packaging and labeling operations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in a formulation role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
