Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to spearhead our organizational transformation towards DevOps excellence and modern SRE practices.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically proficient individual who will champion the cultural shift towards engineering-driven practices, implement cutting-edge DevOps methodologies, and foster collaboration across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration on Kubernetes
  • Driving process transformation initiatives to eliminate operational bottlenecks and automate manual processes
  • Fostering collaborative environments across product engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering teams
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of extensive DevOps and SRE experience
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure-as-code, and observability
  • Proficiency in coding, along with strong experience in Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and observability tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
  • Experience in cloud-native architecture and microservices, with expertise in API management and security best practices
