Software Engineering Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the engineering vision and strategy for our organization.
About the Role:As a Software Engineering Director, you will be responsible for defining the technical direction of our engineering team and driving the implementation of our technology roadmap. Your expertise in modern software development methodologies, agile practices, and technical leadership will enable you to effectively mentor and lead a team of software engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on technology architecture, infrastructure, and development processes.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including developers, product managers, and executive leaders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- No less than 8 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern software development technologies, such as Java, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
