Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large corporate clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and driving revenue growth.

  • Client Relationship Management: As the primary point of contact, ensure consistent engagement and high service standards with a portfolio of large corporate clients.
  • Strategic Advisory: Understand clients' business models, financial needs and strategic goals to deliver customized banking solutions across lending, treasury, trade finance and capital markets.
  • Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen wallet share through cross-selling and up-selling of banking products and services.
  • Risk Management: Monitor credit exposure, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and proactively manage risks within the portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including credit, product, legal and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, economic developments and competitor activities to provide timely insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management, preferably with exposure to large or multinational clients.
  • Solid understanding of trade finance, credit structuring and a broad range of banking products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
