Job Title: Transaction Services Coordinator

As a Transaction Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the processing of inward and outward remittances, fixed deposits, and related transactions. You will also engage with customers and relevant parties to provide payment instructions and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process inward and outward remittances, fixed deposits, and related transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Liaise with customers and relevant parties to clarify payment instructions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues or risks to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in transaction processing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
