Transaction Coordinator Job Description

This is a customer-facing role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions efficiently at our food court location in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cash handling, credit card processing, and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is also an asset.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
