Job Title: Property Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Transaction Coordinator.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating property transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Responding to emails and phone calls from clients, bankers, agents, and business partners in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Serving redemption notices to banks in a timely fashion.
  • Organizing calendars and meeting schedules for lawyers.
  • Recording and updating daily file counts, weekly referrals, and other case data.
  • Scanning and stamping documents as required.
  • Performing conveyancing work in BUC, HDB, and Private Property matters.
  • Exercising options and attending to the completion of property transactions.
  • Handling related email correspondences and documents.
  • Conducting necessary searches.
  • Uploading client and case details into our File Management System.
  • Opening, locating, and archiving matter files.
Requirements:
  • Highly responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Meticulous and focused in their work.
  • Experience in conveyancing support work is an advantage.
  • Able to compose and respond to emails well and in a timely manner.
