Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in managing full recruitment lifecycles, analyzing workforce trends, and developing plans to ensure optimal staffing levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead and participate in various HR projects, and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree holder and above from a recognized institution in Human Resource/ Business or related fields, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a generalist role being advantageous. You should also possess good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and/or other relevant HR systems, and have excellent communication skills to deal with people at all levels.

Estimated Salary Range: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
